About the Role

ESCO, a division of Eurpac Service, Inc., is seeking a part-time Base Manager at Ft. Carson, Colorado. This position is ideal for a spouse, student, or retiree looking to make an impact within the complex Military Resale Channel. The role involves managing Exchange locations on a specific military base or bases in the United States as defined by the Area Manager.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily tasks as assigned at Exchange locations, including but not limited to:
• Call on Exchange locations and maintain proper call frequency.
• Sell and ensure proper shelf placement for all authorized items using provided tools.
• Fill store shelves with back-stock where opportunities exist.
• Secure and build displays as needed.
• Scan stores for missing items using a hand-held device and obtain missing distribution.
• Conduct inventory checks and write orders for all VON-related items.
• Meet with each store manager as scheduled by the Area Manager.
• Manage shelf facings, resets, auto-replenish issues, pricing, coupons, and POG compliance.
• Check code dates and ensure proper rotation of products.
• Write up and return "out of date" items as outlined in specific manufacturers' policies.
• Communicate timely with the Area Manager using the outlined "best practice" method.
• Sell promotions as directed and report results to the Area Manager.
• Build displays and place point-of-sale materials as required.
• Report low or out-of-stock issues to the Facility Manager.
• Complete call reporting procedures using in-store technology.
• Handle other projects or requests as assigned by management.

Working conditions include building, installing, and moving racks weighing up to 100 lbs (with assistance) and building displays with up to 40 lb case weights.

Pay

$18.00 per hour for 17 hours per week.
