Retail Marketing Representative

About the role

Renewal by Andersen of Central Virginia is seeking motivated entry-level Retail Marketing Representatives to promote the brand within the community. This role involves working in a high-energy, fast-paced environment with a focus on connecting with people.

Responsibilities

• Engage and educate: Passionately communicate the value of the brand and products to potential customers.
• Drive appointments: Book meetings with decision-makers to showcase exceptional solutions.
• Event support: Assist in setting up, executing, and breaking down events to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide valuable insights: Share customer feedback and insights with management to improve future initiatives.
• Professionalism & enthusiasm: Maintain a professional demeanor while having fun, staying energetic, and engaging with others.

Requirements

• People person: Comfortable approaching new people, striking up conversations, and building rapport.
• Dependable & reliable: Punctual, responsible, and always ready to take initiative.
• Positive energy: Enthusiastic and always ready to bring a smile to the workplace.
• Reliable transportation: Access to your own transportation for event-related travel.
• Weekend availability: Most events occur on Saturdays and Sundays, so flexibility is key.
• Physical requirements: Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds as part of event setup.
• Eligibility: Authorized to work in the U.S.

Compensation

• $20 per hour
• Uncapped weekly bonus opportunities based on performance (full and part-time)
• $40 per appointment that receives a DEMO or a DNS (did not sell) by the sales team
• $5.00 increase on bonuses every year employed, capped at $75.00 per appointment
• Senior Retail Marketing Representative: After maintaining above average metrics for 3 consecutive months, receive $22.00 per hour and $50 per demo

Vehicle allowance

• Round trip commute of 30-60 Miles: $50.00
• Round trip commute of 61-80 Miles: $60.00
• Round trip commute of 81-100 Miles: $70.00
• Round trip commute of 101-120 Miles: $80.00
• Round trip commute of 121-150 miles: $90.00
• Round trip commute of 151-180 miles: $100.00
