About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Account Executive to assist in developing and executing marketing initiatives for Starkey’s retail clients. This role involves daily contact with customers via phone, email, and occasional in-person visits to determine their marketing needs. You will work with clients to develop traditional and digital marketing plans, assist in creative production, and implement marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Manage the marketing efforts for assigned clients with attention to detail and focus on client and internal goals.
• Proactively develop and implement marketing strategies across various mediums.
• Communicate new marketing programs and materials to clients as they are developed.
• Drive consistent evolution in clients’ digital marketing efforts.
• Participate in client meetings and training courses.
• Monitor budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
• Work with internal team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with preferred vendors for creative production, demographic reports, and campaign tracking.
• Maintain a working partnership with sales staff to determine priority clients for marketing support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; marketing degree preferred.
• 2-3 years of marketing or comparable business experience in a corporate or agency environment.
• Account management and experience building customer relationships; sales experience a plus.
• Digital marketing and social media experience required.

Pay

The target pay range for this position is $64,680 - $73,500 per year. Factors affecting starting pay include geography, skills, education, experience, and qualifications. This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus, though payout is not guaranteed.
