About the role
The University of New Mexico (UNM) Gallup Branch Bookstore is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Retail Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our bookstore. This manager is responsible for ensuring efficient store operations while delivering an exceptional customer experience. The Retail Manager provides administrative and operational oversight of all bookstore functions, including inventory management, purchasing, sales, returns, vendor relationships, cash handling, financial reporting, and staff supervision. The position is located at the UNM Gallup Branch in Gallup, NM, approximately 138 miles west of Albuquerque, NM. It is a regular full-time, exempt staff position. Background check required.
