Retail Manager

About the role

The Retail Manager role supports either the service side of our stores or the backroom product flow function (production).

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Supervise and train team members, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures, including safety standards and environmental initiatives.
• Oversee inventory management, including receiving, storing, and distributing products.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth store operations and customer service.
• Participate in store events and promotions to drive sales and engage the community.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of retail management experience, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

$18.24 to $29.91 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
