Retail Manager

About the role

The Retail Manager role supports either the service side of our stores or the backroom product flow function (production).

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Oversee inventory management, including receiving, storing, and distributing products.
• Train and supervise staff to ensure they meet performance standards and provide excellent customer service.
• Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize store layout and product placement.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Participate in store events and promotions to enhance brand visibility and sales.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of retail management experience.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Knowledge of retail operations and best practices.
• Understanding of inventory management systems.

Pay

$15.96 to $26.17 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Schedule

Variable schedule, typically includes evenings and weekends.
