Retail Manager

About the role

The Retail Manager role supports either the service side of our stores or the backroom product flow function (production).

Responsibilities

• Manage store operations to ensure smooth customer service and efficient product flow.
• Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures, including safety and environmental standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize inventory management and reduce waste.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of retail management experience.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams effectively.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Knowledge of retail operations and supply chain management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay

Starting pay ranges from $17.10 to $28.04 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Hours vary based on store location and operational needs, typically including evenings and weekends.
