About the role
The Retail Manager role supports either the service side of our stores or the backroom product flow function (production).
Responsibilities
- Supports the service side of our stores by managing customer interactions and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Manages the backroom product flow function (production) by overseeing inventory levels, order processing, and ensuring smooth operations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
