About the role
The Retail Manager role supports either the service side of our stores or the backroom product flow function (production).
Responsibilities
- Supports the service side of our stores by ensuring customer satisfaction and handling customer inquiries.
- Manages the backroom product flow function (production) by overseeing inventory levels, ordering, and ensuring smooth operations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in retail, customer service, or a related field preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of retail operations and best practices.
- Understanding of inventory management and stock control.
- Experience with point-of-sale systems and inventory tracking software.
