Retail Manager

About the role

The Retail Manager position supports either the service side of our stores or the backroom product flow function (production).

Responsibilities

• Support the service side of our stores by ensuring customer satisfaction and handling customer inquiries.
• Manage the backroom product flow function (production) by overseeing inventory levels, ordering, and maintaining a high-quality merchandise display.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of retail management experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
