About the role

The Retail Manager role supports either the service side of our stores or the backroom product flow function (production).

Responsibilities

• Supports the service side of our stores by managing customer interactions and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Manages the backroom product flow function (production) by overseeing inventory levels, order processing, and ensuring smooth operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail, customer service, or a related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of retail operations and supply chain management.

Pay

$17.10 to $28.04 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Hours vary based on store location and operational needs.
