About the role

Join the ZWILLING team at the Fashion Outlets of Chicago as a Retail Keyholder. You’ll represent premium culinary brands, deliver exceptional customer service, and help create memorable shopping experiences while supporting daily store operations, opening and closing procedures, merchandising, and sales performance.

Pay

Starting at $16.50 per hour to $17.50 per hour, contingent on experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and product knowledge to every shopper.
• Drive sales and help achieve individual and store performance goals.
• Open and close the store, following company policies and cash‑handling procedures.
• Support the Store Manager with daily operations and sales‑floor execution.
• Demonstrate ZWILLING products and educate customers on features and benefits.
• Maintain visual merchandising, product presentation, and store cleanliness standards.
• Assist with inventory management, shipment processing, and stock replenishment.
• Support promotional events, product demonstrations, and customer‑engagement activities.
• Build lasting customer relationships through follow‑up and CRM initiatives.
• Serve as a role model for company values and customer service excellence.

Requirements

• Previous retail sales experience; keyholder or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A passion for cooking, food, or premium consumer products.
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during scheduled shifts.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and safely use a ladder as needed.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (position not eligible for employment visa sponsorship).
