Retail Inventory Associate – Driver Mornings

Starting wage: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour.

About the role

Join WIS International and help top retailers accurately count inventory. No prior inventory experience is required—we provide all the training you need to succeed.

This is an active job where you will spend most of your shift standing, walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, reaching, climbing ladders, and lifting or carrying items up to 25 pounds. If you enjoy staying active, working on your feet, and being rewarded for strong performance, this role is a great fit.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport employees to and from inventory events in a timely manner.
• Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Meet productivity goals to increase earnings through our performance-based pay program.
• Travel to retail locations.

Requirements

• At least 21 years old to qualify as a van driver (18+ to drive a personal vehicle for business needs).
• Valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months.
• Minimum of three years of proven driving experience.
• Willingness to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, screening, and MVR check.
• Familiarity with GPS devices and navigation to assigned locations.
• Availability for flexible schedules, including early mornings and late nights.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Comfort using handheld technology and commitment to accuracy.

Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, or general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds. No degree is required. Veterans, career changers, and candidates returning to the workforce are encouraged to apply.
