Retail Inventory Associate - Driver

What You'll Do

• Safe transportation of employees to and from inventory events
• Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Meet productivity goals to increase earnings through performance-based pay program
• Travel to retail locations
• Lead by example and demonstrate core values

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months
• At least 21 years old for van driver qualification and at least 18 years old for personal vehicle use
• Minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience
• Willingness to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment screening, and MVR check
• Familiarity with GPS devices and navigation
• Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours

Benefits

• Up to $2.00 more per hour within first 6 months based on productivity and accuracy

Qualifications

• At least 21 years old for van driver qualification and at least 18 years old for personal vehicle use
• No degree required
• Valuable backgrounds in Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience
• Veterans, career changers, and candidates returning to the workforce are encouraged to apply
