Retail Inventory Associate - Driver

What You Will Do

• Safely transport team members to and from inventory events in a timely manner.
• Adhere to traffic laws and WIS driver safety requirements.
• Conduct and complete vehicle inspections, maintenance, and daily cleaning.
• Showcase precision in counting and recording inventory.
• Follow a clear, consistent workflow to achieve daily performance goals.
• Participate in a supportive environment that values diversity and teamwork.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months.
• A minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience.
• Willingness to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment screening, and MVR check.
• Familiarity with GPS devices and navigation.
• Flexible availability to work varying hours, including early mornings and late nights.

Team Requirements

• At least 21 years of age.
• Experience in Retail, Stock, Customer Service, Cashiers, Sales Representatives, Driver, or Warehouse work.
• No inventory experience is necessary; training will be provided.
• Ability to stand, walk, and remain active during shifts.
• Strong focus and attention to detail.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude.

Working Conditions

• Standing for prolonged periods with occasional walking.
• Using both hands and wrists for repetitive motions.
• Frequent low-level positions such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching.
• Frequent use of a ladder.
• Lifting and carrying items up to 25 lbs.
• Varying schedules including very early mornings and late nights.

Salary

Starting at $15.00 - $18.00 per hour.
