Retail Full Time Sales Lead (Chandler Fashion Center - Chandler, AZ)

About the role

The Sales Lead position at Fabletics Chandler Fashion Center is seeking a self-motivated individual with a minimum of 1 year of retail experience. The ideal candidate should have prior retail management experience and a strong understanding of active lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling, pilates, weight training, running, and nutrition.

Responsibilities

• Embody Fabletics culture and values, providing insights on how to live your passion.
• Engage customers in new and meaningful ways, offering knowledge about the fabrics, features, fit, and function of products.
• Drive customer engagement both inside and outside the store, including store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Train and provide immediate feedback on the Customer Experience Playbook and other performance expectations (Customer Engagement, Omnicart, Member Chat, etc.).
• Work collaboratively with the Store Manager to inspire associates to meet or exceed individual and team performance goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to make shopping easy and add value to the customer's purchase journey.
• Participate actively to provide and nourish feedback to the Store Manager to continuously improve the business.
• Strive for excellence, meeting and exceeding store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
• Serve as a resource for general product knowledge to all customers and team members.
• Maintain personal sales goals and achieve sales targets.
• Maintain all safety and security standards and identify potential issues.
• Unpack boxes for inventory as required, which may involve lifting up to 30 lbs.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of work experience in a retail environment.
• Prior retail management experience is preferred.
• Knowledge and familiarity with active lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling, pilates, weight training, running, and nutrition.
• Ability to socially interact with customers, employees, and business partners inside and outside the store environment.
• Ability to work effectively with large teams.
• Great interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• A high degree of comfort dealing with ambiguity and taking initiative.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self-motivated, a good communicator, and able to bring the best out in others.
• Flexibility in work hours, open to working evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

Pay

Salary range for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

This is a full-time position with standard business hours. However, flexibility in work hours, including evenings, weekends, and national holidays, is encouraged and considered.
