Retail Food Service Worker - Occasional - Variable Shifts

Core Job Responsibilities

• Prepare food utilizing standardized recipes and safety guidelines in a timely manner
• Ensure all food and/or supplies are ready for service at established times
• Ensure that all food being held for service is within established temperature ranges, recording and temps every two hours, items not in proper temp are corrected
• Assure adequate supply of all food items for sale and also an adequate supply of stock, both food and non-food
• Maintain an efficient pace in the café, cashier duties, cleaning and restocking and preparing café for the upcoming meal period
• Perform other duties as required.

Education/Experience Requirements

• PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Previous Retail experience, cooking, prep-cook experience or other related fields
