Retail Flex Banker/Universal Banker

Responsibilities

• Active engagement with the customer
• Process customer transactions accurately
• Understand and apply bank policies and procedures
• Provide a superior banking experience through relationship building
• Proactively seek and recommend products and services
• Achieve sales objectives
• Accurately and efficiently process and manage customer transactions
• Navigate various bank systems and equipment

Qualifications

• Enthusiasm for working with customers
• Prior experience in a customer service environment, banking, or financial services
• Understanding of personal finance including bank products and services
• Experience handling cash and processing transactions
• Strong computer skills with navigation of banking systems
• Experience dealing with confidential customer information
• The ability to initiate and maintain conversations resulting in customer trust and banking relationships
• Great listening skills to identify products and services to meet customer needs
• Flexibility to adapt to ongoing business changes

Schedule

Full time 40 hour/week: Monday-Thursday 7:45AM– 5:00PM, Friday 7:45AM-6:00PM, Saturday 8:00AM-12:15PM. Saturday availability required, frequency of Saturday scheduling dependent on location.

Pay

A good-faith, reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is $21.50 - $25.00 per hour and the actual offer will depend on factors such as experience, skills, training, certifications, and education. This base salary reflects one component of our competitive compensation package. This position may be eligible for an incentive plan and includes a comprehensive benefits package.
