Retail Financial Controller

A fast-scaling leader in the healthcare technology and medical instrumentation sector, we empower hospitals, labs, and clinical partners with precision diagnostic tools and data-driven financial insights. Our finance team plays a mission-critical role in scaling operations, optimizing margins, and ensuring compliance across a distributed U.S. retail and B2B sales footprint—all while supporting a remote-first, high-performance culture.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end retail financial operations including P&L management, inventory costing, and revenue recognition aligned with GAAP.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for retail channels, providing actionable insights to sales and ops leadership.
• Design and automate financial dashboards (Power BI, Tableau) to track KPIs such as gross margin, inventory turnover, and channel profitability.
• Partner with retail merchandising and logistics to model pricing strategies, SKU performance, and promotional ROI.
• Ensure SOX compliance and internal controls for retail systems, including POS, ERP (NetSuite/SAP), and e-commerce platforms.
• Support M&A diligence and integrations for retail acquisitions, including post-close financial harmonization and synergy tracking.
