Retail District Manager

About the role

The position involves leading multiple store operations within a designated area, with full profit and loss responsibility. The role focuses on driving sales growth, ensuring excellent customer service, and maximizing operational efficiency while aligning with company policies and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Foster a team culture that upholds the company's mission and values.
• Manage human resources practices to ensure fair treatment and development.
• Achieve sales targets through effective merchandising, inventory management, and store execution.
• Implement and communicate company strategies and priorities to store teams.
• Optimize store productivity via strategic scheduling and resource management.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff to support business growth and customer satisfaction.
• Protect company assets through loss prevention and expense management.
• Identify new business opportunities, including store growth, merchandising, and operational improvements.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven leadership with results-oriented management and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze financial data, manage budgets, and control inventory effectively.
• Experience managing multi-unit retail operations with full P&L responsibility.
• Excellent communication, adaptability, and team-building capabilities.
• Minimum of four years retail management experience; a bachelor’s degree preferred.

Note: Travel is required, including driving a company vehicle, with a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
