Retail District Manager

About the role

Lead multiple stores within a designated area, overseeing full profit and loss responsibility. Ensure store teams foster a customer‑focused culture aligned with company values, providing superior service and maintaining efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth through effective ordering, inventory management, and merchandising.
• Implement and communicate company objectives, strategies, and priorities to store teams.
• Recruit, develop, and motivate staff to maximize performance and productivity.
• Manage assets through loss prevention and expense control.
• Identify new business opportunities, including store growth, merchandising displays, and operational improvements.
• Ensure optimal store presentation, inventory accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four years retail management experience; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven results‑oriented leadership with experience managing multi‑unit retail operations with full P&L responsibility.
• Strong financial analysis, resource management, and expense control skills.
• Willingness to travel weekly using a company‑provided vehicle, with a valid driver’s license.
