Job Summary

Join Kellanova as a Part-Time Retail Display Merchandiser for our Middletown, CT territory. This role offers 12-20 hours of work per week and includes mileage reimbursement and a phone stipend for apps used during working hours. The hourly starting wage is $17.00 - $17.50 per hour.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build and deliver superior in-store merchandising service to ensure proper rotation, placement, and facing of products to attract customers.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with store employees and managers.
• Manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment, including standing for 8 to 10 hours a day, stooping, kneeling, bending, pushing, pulling, lifting up to 40 pounds, climbing ladders, and reaching above shoulders.
• Use accessibility apps to report hours worked, daily tasks, and communicate with Retail Sales Leads.
• Drive to assigned stores during shifts, ensuring a clear driving record with no violations or significant events in the past 36 months.
