Counter Sales Person

About the role

The Counter Sales Person assists customers during the sales/purchase process and responds to customer inquiries professionally.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong product knowledge and promote new products and product specials.
• Assist with warehouse functions as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year experience in the electrical industry and/or knowledge of electrical products beneficial.
• Strong mathematical ability.
• Basic computer familiarity.
• Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated time management and organizational skills, including the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Teamwork and customer service orientation.
