Retail Display Merchandiser

About the role

Join Kellanova as a Part-Time Retail Display Merchandiser for our Green Bay, WI territory. This role offers 10-20 hours of work per week and includes mileage reimbursement for driving between stores and a phone stipend for apps used during working hours.

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver superior in-store merchandising service to ensure proper rotation, placement, and facing of our products to attract customers.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with store employees and managers.
• Manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment, including standing for up to 10 hours a day, stooping, kneeling, bending, pushing, pulling, lifting up to 40 pounds, climbing ladders, and reaching above shoulders.
• Use accessibility apps to report hours worked, daily tasks, and communicate with Retail Sales Leads.
• Drive to assigned stores during shifts.

Requirements

The ideal candidate resides within 25 miles of the center of the territory and must have permanent legal authorization to work in the United States. No sponsorship for employment visas is available.

Qualifications

• Can-do attitude and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and use accessibility apps while in store.
• Experience using a personal vehicle for driving to assigned stores.
