Retail Display Merchandiser

Job Summary

Join Kellanova as a Part-Time Retail Display Merchandiser for our New London, CT territory. This role offers 12-20 hours of work per week and includes mileage reimbursement and a phone stipend for apps used during working hours. The hourly starting wage is $17.00 - $17.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver superior in-store merchandising service to ensure proper rotation, placement, and facing of products to attract customers.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with store employees and managers.
• Manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment, including standing for 8-10 hours a day, stooping, kneeling, bending, pushing, pulling, lifting up to 40 pounds, climbing ladders, and reaching above shoulders.
• Use accessibility apps to report hours worked, daily tasks, and communicate with Retail Sales Leads.
• Visit assigned stores during shifts using a personal vehicle.

Requirements

• Reside within 25 miles of the New London, CT territory.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-moving environment.
• Can-do attitude with physical activity and occasional heavy lifting.
• Ability to stand for 8 to 10 hours a day.
• Stoops, kneels, bends, pushes, pulls, lifts up to 40 pounds, climbs ladders, and reaches above shoulders repeatedly.
• Accessibility apps while in store to report hours worked, daily tasks, and communicate with Retail Sales Leads.
• Uses a personal vehicle for driving.
