Job Summary

Join Kellanova as a Part-Time Retail Display Merchandiser for our Nutley, NJ territory. This role offers 12-20 hours of work per week and includes mileage reimbursement and a phone stipend for apps used during working hours. The hourly starting wage is $17.00 - $17.50 per hour.

What You Will Be Doing

• Build and deliver superior in-store merchandising service to ensure proper rotation, placement, and facing of products to attract customers.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with store employees and managers.
• Manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.
• Stand for 8 to 10 hours a day, perform physical activities including standing, stooping, kneeling, bending, pushing, pulling, lifting up to 40 pounds, climbing ladders, stepping stools, and reaching above shoulders.
• Use accessibility apps while in store to report hours worked, daily tasks, and communicate with Retail Sales Leads.
• Use a personal vehicle for driving responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Reside within 25 miles of the Nutley, NJ territory.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-moving environment.
• Can-do attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Experience in retail display merchandising is preferred but not required.
