Key Responsibilities
- Create a warm, elevated, and welcoming environment for every client while modeling Greyson’s standard of service on the sales floor.
- Act as a point of support for the team during daily business, helping drive priorities, maintain energy, and ensure a seamless client experience.
- Perform opening and closing responsibilities in alignment with company procedures, including store readiness, security, cash handling, and end-of-day processes.
- Share product knowledge, styling guidance, and brand storytelling to help clients connect with the Greyson lifestyle.
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized service, thoughtful follow-up, and support of VIP experiences, events, and community initiatives.
- Support daily store operations including order processing, inventory flow, replenishment, visual standards, shipment support, and maintaining an organized sales floor and back of house.
- Address customer questions, concerns, and service opportunities with professionalism, sound judgment, and a solutions-oriented approach.
- Assist with onboarding, coaching, and supporting team members by modeling best practices, service expectations, and operational standards.
- Help ensure product is well-presented, properly stocked, and aligned with Greyson’s visual and merchandising expectations.
- Partner with store leadership to share observations, client feedback, team updates, and operational needs.
Experience & Skills Requirements
- Previous retail, sales, customer service, or clienteling experience required; premium, luxury, apparel, golf, or lifestyle retail experience preferred.
- Prior keyholder, floor lead, or supervisory experience preferred.
- Ability to open and close the store, follow operational procedures, and exercise strong judgment when leadership is not present.
- Strong client relationship-building skills and passion for creating memorable customer experiences.
- Comfortable supporting, coaching, and guiding team members on the sales floor.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with clients, teammates, and leadership.
- Detail-oriented and reliable, with strong follow-through on operational responsibilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
- Comfort with retail systems, POS, order entry, inventory processes, and daily store operations.
