Retail Customer Support Specialist ( Sales)

Job Summary

We are seeking a Retail Customer Support Specialist to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced Medicare retail center. This role involves greeting customers, scheduling sales consultations, creating customer accounts in CRM, supporting daily store operations, and ensuring a welcoming customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers visiting the Medicare Center
• Schedule sales consultation appointments
• Create and update customer accounts in CRM
• Support daily retail center operations and reporting
• Maintain inventory of sales materials and office supplies
• Deliver excellent customer service and communicate professionally

Required Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Must complete the Retail Store Temp Assessment (Glider)

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous Retail, Customer Service, Or Sales Experience Preferred
