Retail Customer Service Associate
About the role
The Store Consultant plays a crucial role in delivering a positive customer experience, utilizing consultative skills to understand and address customer needs. They are knowledgeable in all aspects of the Store's operations, including print, signs & graphics, and shipping.
Responsibilities
- Fulfills complex customer orders using order systems and provides accurate pricing information
- Takes and coordinates activities in the Store, managing the production queue and output
- Manages complex projects, manages retail supply, and completes assigned tasks based on priority
- Operates and maintains a wide variety of equipment, moves boxes and equipment, stocks materials, and cleans and repairs retail store printing and shipping equipment and supplies
- Communicates effectively with customers, vendors, and other team members, ensuring an outstanding customer service experience
- Ensures confidentiality of customer data and handles financial transactions using a Point of Sale terminal
- Applies Quality concepts and supports FedEx Office Quality initiatives
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- 6+ months of specialized experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to stand for the duration of the shift, lift up to 55 pounds, bend, twist, and communicate effectively

Pay
$18.35 - $21.57/hr
Schedule
Regular attendance and/or reporting is required to support FedEx Office business; regular attendance at a physical location and/or maintaining established business hours may apply depending on the scope and nature of the position.
