General Duties and Responsibilities

  • Fulfills instructions from supervisors and assists other team members in store functions
  • Trains store team members
  • Demonstrates consultative behaviors to understand and meet individual customer needs
  • Provides expert advice in printing, signs and graphics, and shipping product lines, and recommends appropriate FedEx Office products and services
  • Ensures all customer issues are resolved promptly and satisfactorily
  • Takes complex customer orders, provides accurate pricing, and prepares parcels for shipping
  • Maintains retail store equipment and supplies to ensure optimal performance and availability
  • Completes required financial paperwork and assists with financial reporting
  • Follows FedEx Office standard operating procedures and adheres to all policies and procedures

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent education
  • 6+ months of specialized experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Essential Functions

  • Ability to stand during entire shift, excluding meal and rest periods
  • Ability to move and lift 55 pounds
  • Ability to bend/twist at the waist and knees
  • Able to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and other team members
  • Able to work cooperatively and follow instructions
  • Able to focus attention and concentrate for extended periods
  • Able to work independently and adhere to established business hours

  • Works with management to reduce costs and optimize profitability
  • Applies Quality concepts in daily activities
  • Supports FedEx Office Quality initiatives
