General Duties and Responsibilities
- Fulfills instructions from supervisors and assists other team members in store functions
- Trains store team members
- Demonstrates consultative behaviors to understand and meet individual customer needs
- Provides expert advice in printing, signs and graphics, and shipping product lines, and recommends appropriate FedEx Office products and services
- Ensures all customer issues are resolved promptly and satisfactorily
- Takes complex customer orders, provides accurate pricing, and prepares parcels for shipping
- Maintains retail store equipment and supplies to ensure optimal performance and availability
- Completes required financial paperwork and assists with financial reporting
- Follows FedEx Office standard operating procedures and adheres to all policies and procedures
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- 6+ months of specialized experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Essential Functions
- Ability to stand during entire shift, excluding meal and rest periods
- Ability to move and lift 55 pounds
- Ability to bend/twist at the waist and knees
- Able to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and other team members
- Able to work cooperatively and follow instructions
- Able to focus attention and concentrate for extended periods
- Able to work independently and adhere to established business hours

- Works with management to reduce costs and optimize profitability
- Applies Quality concepts in daily activities
- Supports FedEx Office Quality initiatives
