General Duties and Responsibilities
- Fulfills instructions from supervisors and assists other team members in store functions
- Trains store team members
- Demonstrates consultative behaviors to understand and meet individual customer needs
- Provides expert advice on printing, signs, and graphics, and recommends appropriate FedEx Office products and services
- Ensures all customer issues are resolved promptly and satisfactorily
- Takes complex customer orders, provides accurate pricing, and prepares parcels for shipping
- Maintains retail store equipment and supplies to ensure optimal performance and availability
- Completes required financial paperwork and assists with financial reporting
- Follows FedEx Office standard operating procedures and adheres to all policies and procedures
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6+ months of specialized experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Essential Functions
- Ability to stand for entire shift, excluding meal and rest periods
- Ability to move and lift up to 55 pounds
- Ability to bend, twist, communicate effectively, and work cooperatively
- Attention to detail and ability to concentrate for long periods
- Able to work independently and follow instructions
- Regular attendance and punctuality
