About the role
This position generally works 18-25 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Fulfills limited store functions under supervision
- Assembles parcels and prepares goods for shipping
- Demonstrates consultative behaviors to understand customer needs
- Maintains a safe, clean, and orderly retail store
- Ensures confidentiality of customer data and handles financial transactions
- Cleans and stocks retail store equipment and supplies
- Supports merchandising and displays of retail area products
- Takes preemptive actions to prevent errors and waste
- Follows FedEx Office standard operating procedures and policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to stand for entire shift, lift up to 55 pounds, bend/twist, communicate effectively, and work cooperatively
- Ability to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods and work with minimal supervision
- Ability to report regularly to work and maintain established business hours
