General Duties and Responsibilities

  • Fulfills instructions from supervisors and assists other team members in store functions
  • Trains store team members
  • Demonstrates consultative behaviors to understand and address customer needs
  • Provides an outstanding customer service experience by anticipating and resolving customer issues
  • Takes complex customer orders and provides accurate pricing information
  • Assembles parcels and prepares goods for shipping
  • Maintains printing, binding, and other related equipment
  • Ensures confidentiality and proper handling of customer data and documents
  • Processes financial transactions and completes required paperwork
  • Follows FedEx Office standard operating procedures and adheres to policies and procedures

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent education
  • 6+ months of specialized experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Essential Functions

  • Ability to stand for entire shift
  • Ability to move and lift 55 pounds
  • Ability to bend, twist, communicate effectively, and function in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods
  • Able to work with minimal supervision
  • Able to report regularly to work and maintain established business hours
