General Duties and Responsibilities
- Fulfills instructions from supervisors and assists other team members in store functions
- Trains store team members
- Demonstrates consultative behaviors to understand and address customer needs
- Provides an outstanding customer service experience by anticipating and resolving customer issues
- Takes complex customer orders and provides accurate pricing information
- Assembles parcels and prepares goods for shipping
- Maintains printing, binding, and other related equipment
- Ensures confidentiality and proper handling of customer data and documents
- Processes financial transactions and completes required paperwork
- Follows FedEx Office standard operating procedures and adheres to policies and procedures
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- 6+ months of specialized experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Essential Functions
- Ability to stand for entire shift
- Ability to move and lift 55 pounds
- Ability to bend, twist, communicate effectively, and function in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods
- Able to work with minimal supervision
- Able to report regularly to work and maintain established business hours
