Retail Custom Picture Frame Design Manager (Full-Time with Benefits & Bonus Potential)

About the role

Lead and coach a team of framers focusing on building customer relationships and creating custom framing solutions for art.

Responsibilities

• Drive custom framing sales and assist customers in creating memorable framing solutions.
• Develop and coach the team on selling behaviors.
• Plan workload in partnership with the Store Manager to deliver high-quality custom framing solutions on time.
• Achieve and manage team KPIs, including sales and production workload planning.
• Manage inventory and execute shrink and safety programs as assigned.
• Manage the Manager on Duty (MOD) responsibilities.
• Support the on-boarding, coaching, observing, and training of new Team members; participate in performance management activities.
• Interact positively with colleagues and customers, promoting the company's vision and values.
• Engage in truck un-loading and stocking processes, ensuring compliance with standards and budget.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintain a safe work environment.
• Communicate with customers, help locate products, and provide solutions.
• Participate in Omni-channel processes as needed.

Requirements

Basic computer skills. Previous custom framing experience and retail management experience preferred. Ability to lift heavy items and work in various environments.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in custom framing and retail management is preferred.

Skills

Customer service skills, problem-solving abilities, and strong organizational skills.

Pay

$14.00 - $19.60 per hour

Schedule
