About the role

The role involves working with the sales associates and customers to develop custom jewelry designs and specifications for production. The successful candidate will take customer input to create unique, one-of-a-kind jewelry pieces.

Responsibilities

• Work with sales associates and customers to develop custom jewelry designs and specifications for production.
• Create unique, one-of-a-kind jewelry pieces based on customer input.
• Utilize the latest technology and advanced software skills including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, being proactive, motivated, dedicated, and able to take initiative.
• Work to strict deadlines and demonstrate proven ability to work on high-level projects.
• Show self-motivation, natural ambition, and the ability to work quickly on complex projects.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree (BA, BFA) in Graphic or Design.
• Experience with fashion, accessories, jewelry, or beauty companies is a plus.
• Strong sketching and CAD skills.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented and proactive manner.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and solve problems.
