Retail - Custom Framing Manager - FT - Ramsey NJ

About the role

Lead and coach a team of framers focusing on building customer relationships while creating custom framing solutions for art.

Responsibilities

• Drive custom framing sales and assist customers in creating memorable framing solutions for their art.
• Develop and coach the team to sell effectively.
• Plan workload in partnership with the Store Manager to deliver high-quality custom framing solutions on time.
• Achieve and manage team KPIs, including sales and production workload.
• Manage inventory and execute shrink and safety programs.
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD).
• Interview, on-board, train, and support new Team members; participate in performance management activities.
• Collaborate with MODs on framing and other tasks.
• Interact positively with colleagues and customers, maintaining a respectful and positive attitude.
• Perform truck unloads and stockings, ensuring compliance with standards and budget.
• Follow SOPs and maintain a safe working environment.
• Help customers, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Participate in Omni-channel processes as needed.

Requirements

• Basic computer skills.
• Previous custom framing experience preferred.
• Retail management experience preferred.
• Experience leading a sales team.
• Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, stretching.
• Standing for long periods.
• Lifting heavy boxes and frames.
• Accessing high shelves by ladder or similar equipment.

Pay

Total Base Pay Range: $16.75 - $22.60

Schedule

Nights, weekends, and early mornings are regular work hours.
