At Technology Credit Union, we're looking for a highly skilled Retail Collection Services Representative III who thrives in complex situations and knows how to turn financial challenges into positive outcomes. This role involves resolving delinquent consumer, mortgage, and home equity loans while helping members navigate difficult financial circumstances.

You'll serve as a trusted expert and strategic problem solver, evaluating loan modifications, negotiating short sales, managing foreclosure activities, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

• Resolve delinquent consumer, mortgage, and home equity loans

Requirements

• Deep experience in consumer and real estate loan collections
• Expertise in default servicing, foreclosure processes, and loss mitigation
• Strong knowledge of bankruptcy, FCRA, FDCPA, and regulatory compliance requirements
• Ability to navigate complex situations with sound judgment
