About the Role

This management role involves developing and executing retail dining solutions to meet customer preferences, overseeing operations where customers order from a menu at locations such as food courts or quick-service areas.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop team members
• Ensure safety and sanitation standards
• Maintain client and customer relationships
• Manage profit and loss statements and achieve financial targets
• Supervise staff and coordinate food ordering, storage, and preparation
• Conduct inventories and ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience, including 1–3 years in management
• Retail experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Strong communication skills
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Capable of standing for extended periods
• Demonstrated excellence in customer service
