About the role

Responsible for managing inventory, assisting customers in finding books, and promoting store events.

Responsibilities

  • Manage book inventory and ensure availability
  • Assist customers in locating books and providing recommendations
  • Promote store events and special offers
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of bookstore operations and products

Qualifications

  • Experience in retail or customer service preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
