Responsible for managing inventory, assisting customers in finding books, and promoting store events.
Responsibilities
- Manage book inventory and ensure availability
- Assist customers in locating books and providing recommendations
- Promote store events and special offers
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of bookstore operations and products
Qualifications
- Experience in retail or customer service preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
