About the role

The Bob’s Bazaar Accessory Department Lead/Manager oversees all operations of the home decor accessories department including sales performance, team development, merchandising, inventory management, and marketing. The role requires evening, weekend, and holiday availability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sales performance and team development
• Create a visually compelling, guest-focused shopping experience
• Manage inventory and execute marketing campaigns
• Coordinate both front-end and back-end operations

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in retail management
• Background in sales and customer service with proven results
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• At least 18 years old to be considered for employment

Qualifications

• Experience in home decor, fashion, or accessories retail
• Creative mindset with an understanding of interior design trends
• Experience using inventory management systems
• 3-5+ years in retail management
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
