Work Environment
This role is based in a retail store warehouse setting. It involves physical work including lifting up to 75 lbs., assembling merchandise, and managing product flow. It also includes cross-functional collaboration with store teams and flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.

Minimum Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 3–5 years of management or team lead experience preferred
- Proven success in a warehouse or back-end retail environment
- Ability to work a retail schedule including weekends and holidays
- Mechanically inclined and able to assemble furniture
- Able to lift up to 75 lbs. safely
Physical Demands
- Must be able to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 75 lbs.
- Frequent walking, standing, bending, kneeling, and climbing
- Ability to safely assemble furniture using tools
- May operate warehouse equipment as needed (training provided)
