Retail Banking Supervisor

Join our team as a Retail Banking Supervisor and lead the daily retail banking function for multiple branches. You’ll ensure quality customer service, resolve issues, promote relationship development, onboard and train staff, and monitor compliance. Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the daily retail banking operations for multiple branches
• Ensure quality customer service, address and resolve issues, and promote relationship development
• Onboard, train, and coach retail banking staff to maximize productivity and efficiency
• Monitor compliance and provide resources to support strategic initiatives
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex customer and internal inquiries
• Serve as a subject-matter expert for all retail banking transactions, products, and services
• Participate in community activities and leadership positions to maintain visibility with target clients

Requirements

• 3 years of demonstrated customer service, sales, and retail banking experience
• Proven supervisory and leadership skills
• 2-year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school
• High level of flexible interpersonal skills, customer service, trustworthiness, credibility, and diplomacy
• Willingness and ability to travel
