As a Retail Banking Supervisor, you will lead and direct the daily retail banking function for multiple branches, ensuring quality customer service and compliance while coaching and developing your team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the daily retail banking operations for multiple branches
• Ensure quality customer service, address and resolve issues, and promote relationship development
• Onboard, train, and monitor retail banking staff to maintain compliance and performance standards
• Coach and manage direct reports to maximize productivity, efficiency, and strategic initiative support
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex customer and internal inquiries
• Serve as a subject matter expert for all retail banking transactions, products, and services
• Participate in community activities and leadership positions to maintain visibility with target clients

Requirements

• 3 years of demonstrated customer service, sales, and retail banking experience
• Proven supervisory and leadership skills
• 2-year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school
• High level of flexible interpersonal skills, customer service focus, trustworthiness, credibility, and diplomacy
• Willingness and ability to travel as needed
