Retail Banking Branch Supervisor

We’re looking for a Branch Services Supervisor to help lead daily branch operations, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and support the growth and development of a high-performing team. In this role, you’ll partner with branch leadership to drive operational excellence, coach staff, deepen customer relationships, and support business development efforts within the branch.

Responsibilities

• Support daily branch operations and help maintain a strong, service-focused team culture
• Coach and develop team members to deliver excellent customer service and meet performance goals
• Build customer relationships, identify referral opportunities, and support branch growth
• Assist with staffing support, performance management, and employee development
• Ensure branch procedures, policies, and regulatory requirements are followed
• Promote banking products, digital services, and referral opportunities
• Provide teller and customer service support as needed
• Resolve customer concerns and make sound day-to-day operational decisions

Requirements

• 2–5 years of retail banking experience, including supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of branch operations, banking procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Proven leadership, coaching, and team development skills
• Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational abilities
• Strong judgment and decision-making skills in a customer-facing environment
• Proficiency with banking systems and standard office technology
• Flexibility to work weekends, as needed, and travel between locations when required

Pay

Salary negotiable based on level of experience

Schedule

Full Time, including rotating Saturdays
