Retail Banker II; Fishers, IN

Starting salary at $19.00 per hour; pay reviewed after 90 days.

About the role

As a Retail Banker in our Fishers office, you will deliver courteous, professional service while processing teller transactions—deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check cashing—and identifying client needs so you can refer the products and services that best meet them. You will also open and maintain client accounts.

New employees receive extensive training at Lake City University in Warsaw, Indiana. Our Retail Banker Schools equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to thrive in your career.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous and professional service to clients.
• Process teller transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check cashing.
• Discern client needs and match them with appropriate products and services.
• Open and maintain client accounts.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic PC and general office skills required.
• Basic understanding of bank accounting transactions required.
• One year of banking experience preferred.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday: 8:45 AM–5:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:45 AM–12:00 PM (work 2–3 Saturdays per month)
