Retail Attendant (On-Call)

Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort is a leading luxury resort in Central Florida known for its dedication to providing exceptional service. The opportunity lies in the Retail Attendant (On-Call) position, which requires an individual with a passion for fashion merchandising and display creation.

Responsibilities

• Planning and strategizing store visual esthetics in collaboration with Manager of Buying and Store Operations Manager
• Analyze sales reporting and hotel provided occupancy data
• Operational efficiency including ticketing, product preparation, replenishment, and ensure store visual standards are executed
• Retail accounting procedures such as transfer processing, inventory control, completing RTV’s
• Daily tasks supporting product, presentation, and departmental needs under the direction of upper management
• Educate and communicate visual techniques to support sales team and strengthen department skills
• Evaluate Yellow Dog inventory reports & Micros Sales analysis
• Trunk show planning
• Maintain accuracy and quality control of inventory
• Proficient in the Micros point of sale system for assistance during increased volume, guest demand, or operational breakdown
• Participate in meetings with leadership for Store Operations, Purchasing, and Retail Buying Team
• Transporting, prepping, and receiving all incoming goods to be presented on the sales floor and/or properly stored in back stock areas
• Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of all Retail Storeroom areas
• Affixing monthly store physical inventories and visual merchandising initiatives

Availability Requirements

This position will flex between storeroom and front of house responsibilities. Weekend availability is required.

• A high level of interest in fashion merchandising and display creation
• A desire to gain proficient knowledge in the retail profession
• A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers
• Good organizational skills, with the ability to work independently
• Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities, and adjust to changing conditions
• A high work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team
• An attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to learn and execute processes associated with computerized point of sale systems, visual planning, and retail procurement/inventory control
