Retail Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Model, teach, and coach WOW service with a customer-first mentality
• Train and develop your team to deliver WOW experiences
• Drive sales and build guest connections through WOW experiences
• Develop short and long-term business plans to drive key KPIs
• Build networks through philanthropic efforts and community initiatives
• Communicate effectively through various platforms and actively listen to diverse opinions
• Ensure accountability and make good decisions guided by analysis, wisdom, experience, and judgment

Requirements

• Must be over 18 years old
• Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs
• Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift
• Flexible schedule to meet business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Experience leading functional teams in a retail management role
• Strong multitasking and attention to detail skills
• Strong connections with local media, non-profit organizations, and key partners
• A passion for Kendra Scott and its mission
• Available to work at least 30 hours per week, including nights and weekends
