Retail Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities
Customer Focused: Model WOW service principles, train and coach team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Drive Results: Develop and implement short and long-term business plans to meet key KPIs, ensuring store productivity and guest connections.

Requirements
Must be over 18 years old.
Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs.
Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift.
Flexible schedule to meet business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
Experience leading functional teams in a retail management role.
Strong multitasking and attention to detail skills.
Proven ability to lead and develop teams, setting a significant impact on their careers.
Strong connections with local media, non-profit organizations, and key partners to drive traffic and brand awareness.

Available to work at least 30 hours per week, including nights and weekends.
