Responsibilities

• Build brand trust and loyalty through exceptional customer service
• Guide consumers to the products that inspire them
• Work in a fast-paced, high traffic environment across store zones and consumer needs
• Collaborate with your team to ensure the store is always ready to serve
• Bring the energy of sport and share your knowledge with customers

Requirements

• Lead with service and integrity
• Must be at least 18 years old (U.S.)
• Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service is preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Passion for sports and fitness

Pay

The starting hourly rate for this position is $16.50.
