Responsibilities

• Build brand trust and loyalty by serving like a pro in a fast-paced, high traffic environment across store zones and consumer needs.
• Guide consumers to the gear that elevates their performance, ensuring they find products that inspire them to move, dream, and dare.
• Work with your team to maintain a sharp store environment, ensuring all merchandise is displayed correctly and inventory is accurate.
• Communicate effectively with consumers and your team, fostering a positive and supportive atmosphere.
• Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Lead with service and integrity.
• Be at least 18 years old (U.S.).
• Have the physical ability to perform the essential functions of the job, including bending, squatting, reaching, climbing a ladder, and standing for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Experience in retail or customer service is preferred, but not required.

Skills

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize responsibilities.
• Knowledge of Nike products and the ability to recommend them effectively.
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm for sports and fitness.

Pay

The starting hourly rate for this position is $15.50.

Schedule

Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays, based on department and store/company needs.
